Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

• Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are legally binding rules between Today and Tomorrow and our corporate clients.

• They define the rights, responsibilities, and boundaries for engaging with our corporate services, including:

  • Hospitality Management & Advisory

  • Corporate Tours & Travel

  • Clothing & Retail 

• By using our services, you acknowledge that these T&C establish a legal relationship with the proprietors of Today and Tomorrow.

What to Include in the T&C Document

Today and Tomorrow – Group of Companies (Sole Proprietorship, Kolkata, India)

1. Scope of Services

   • Hospitality Management & Advisory: Consultancy, operational advisory, and project support.

   • Tours & Travels: Corporate travel planning, holiday packages, ticketing, and related services.

   • Clothing & Retail : Supply of apparel and lifestyle products for businesses.

2. Proprietorship & Liability

   • Sole proprietorship legally owned by the proprietor.

   • All obligations, liabilities, and commitments are the personal responsibility of the proprietor.

   • There is no separate corporate entity, and any claims or disputes are directed to the proprietors personally.

3. Payments & Refunds

   • Hospitality Advisory: No refunds once engagement starts.

   • Clothing & Retail:

     • No refund if production has started.

     • Replacement only for verified defective products after delivery.

     • No refund for products delivered in a damaged state.

   • Travel Services: No refund once the travel process (booking/ticketing) has started.

   • Payments must follow the engagement or service agreement.

   • Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) apply.

4. Intellectual Property & Data

   • All logos, reports, designs, and recommendations remain the property of Today and Tomorrow unless agreed otherwise in writing.

   • Clients may not reproduce or use materials without prior consent.

   • Client data is handled securely and only for service delivery, in compliance with Indian data protection laws.

5. Governing Law & Updates

   • Governed by the laws of India, disputes fall under courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

   • T&C may be updated periodically; the latest version will always be on the website.
